Chicken with pineapple and coconut

Ingredients:

1 Chicken
75 gr. of grated coconut
1 can of pineapple in syrup
1 Onion - 1 sweet green pepper
¼ lt. of Viktor’s Chicken Consomme
1 Glass of milk - 25 gr. of butter
Grounded Ginger – Flour - Salt

Preparation

Clean the chicken and slice it. Season it with salt and ginger. Fry lightly in butter one grated onion and add the pepper (sliced in little strips). Flour the chicken and put it into the frying pan, fry lightly for 5 minutes. Add Viktor’s Chicken Consomme, milk and grated coconut. Cook for another 30 minutes. Chop the pineapple and add to it.
