Driving to the northeast of Puebla, Mexico, just about a couple of hours you’ll find the little town of Rafael Laras Grajales – There is the factory of La Morena, founded on October 27, 1969, the new organization “Productos Alimenticios La Morena SA” started running, named after the virgin of Guadalupe, Mexicans’ patron saint.
Starting September 8th, 1970, the activities of this new organization have been running in a continuous and growing way, standing throughout a solid model philosophy established by its founders, emphasizing certain values that are identified with respect to human kind, tradition and a religious attachment. With more than 1800 workers, the company is an important economic center in the region.
